Rachel Harwick

Rachel Harwick has over 25 years of work experience. Rachel started their career in 1993 at Sears Logistics Services, Inc. as a Customer Service Representative. In 1995, they moved to General Accident Insurance Co / CGU Insurance as a Risk Technician II, where they were responsible for agent inquiries, compiled manual and computer rates policies, and performed data entry duties as needed. In 1998, they began working at STC Services as a Network Operations Specialist, where they daily communicated with clients to determine their needs and provide resolutions. Rachel also had experience in using several different CRM software programs to maintain and track service orders. In 2012, Rachel moved to Advance 2000, where they held the roles of Client Services Manager and Client Services / Project Manager. Most recently, they have been working at KDG since 2022 as a Lead Project Manager.

Rachel Harwick attended Parkland High School from 1989 to 1992.
