Blair Willette

Blair Willette, PhD, is an accomplished associate currently at KdT Ventures since June 2023, following prior experience as an associate at Duke Capital Partners from August 2021 to June 2023, where responsibilities included sourcing and screening start-ups for funding and managing associate meetings. Willette has also served as a NIH Ruth L. Kirschstein NRSA Predoctoral Fellow and a graduate student researcher at Duke University from August 2018 to June 2023, while concurrently working as an associate intern at KdT Ventures to evaluate early science-driven biotech companies. Previous roles include a postbaccalaureate fellowship at the National Institutes of Health and a research fellowship with Musella Scholars of Glioblastoma Research. Educational achievements include a PhD in Pharmacology, an Innovation and Entrepreneurship Certificate, and a BS in Chemistry with a concentration in Pharmacology from Duke University.
