Jerry Hayes

Jerry Hayes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational management across various industries. Currently serving as the General Manager at Kean Wind Turbines, Inc. since June 2018, Jerry has held several key positions including Plant Manager at Michigan Rubber and Site Operations Manager at SKD Automotive. Prior roles include Business Unit Manager at Preferred Sourcing and Tower Automotive, as well as Plant Manager at Ford Motor Company, where Jerry began a career as a Tool & Die Apprentice and advanced to oversee the Buffalo Stamping Plant. Jerry holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Operations Management from Buffalo State University and is also a qualified Journeyman Diemaker.
