John Delia

John Delia is an accomplished Program Manager with extensive experience in the defense and engineering sectors. Since June 2019, John has held the position of Program Manager at Kearfott Corporation. Previously, John served as Program Manager and Facilities Manager at the MAR Division of Oasis Systems, LLC from 2016 to 2019, where leadership involved overseeing the operational and administrative functions of the OHMSETT facility, managing a diverse technical team. Prior to this role, John was a Program Manager at BAE Systems from 1998 to 2015, successfully managing large-scale Department of Defense programs. John holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from City College of New York and a Master of Science in Technology Management from New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering.
