Danny VanRanken has over two decades of experience in the healthcare industry, primarily focusing on respiratory therapy. Danny started their career as a Respiratory Therapy Assistant at St. Elizabeth Regional Medical Center in 2000. Danny then worked as a Registered Respiratory Therapist at Good Samaritan Health System before moving to BryanLGH Medical Center, where they supervised a team of over 50 RT's. In 2014, Danny joined Kearney Regional Medical Center, where they held roles such as Respiratory Therapy Manager, Director of Procedural Services, Vice President of Clinical Services, and eventually Chief Operating Officer and Interim Chief Executive Officer. Throughout their career, Danny has demonstrated strong leadership skills, implemented cost-saving initiatives, and developed innovative programs to improve patient care.
Danny VanRanken holds an Associate of Science degree from Colby Community College, earned between 1997 and 1999. Danny later pursued an Associate in Applied Science in Respiratory Therapy at Southeast Community College from 1999 to 2000. Moving forward, Danny completed a Bachelor of Science in Management at Bellevue University from 2012 to 2014. Most recently, they attained a Master of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management from Capella University in 2023.
