Carla Ayala

Carla Ayala, CPA, currently serves as a Manager at Kearney & Company since February 2020, bringing extensive experience in auditing and tax consulting. Carla's career includes roles as a Senior Auditor at Kearney & Company, as well as positions in Deloitte as an Audit & Assurance Senior Assistant and Audit & Assurance Assistant. Previously, Carla worked as a Tax Consultant at Carbonell & Co., LLP and gained experience as an Experienced Tax Associate and Tax Associate at PwC. Early in the career, Carla interned as a Program Analyst at the U.S. Census Bureau, focusing on risk management and operational efficiency. Carla holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Puerto Rico-Bayamón Campus and participated in a federal program through The Washington Center for Internships and Academic Seminars in 2014.
