Steve Paterson has extensive experience in the education sector, with a focus on leadership and administration. Steve currently serves as the Principal at Kearsarge Regional Middle School, where they lead a team of staff members and ensures the school's goals are aligned with the Board of Education's objectives. Steve has also worked as the Head of School and Upper School Principal at Northbridge International School Cambodia, where they oversaw operations and implemented educational initiatives. Steve Paterson holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Language and Literature from the University of New Hampshire, which they obtained from 1986 to 1990. Steve later pursued a Master of Arts degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs from 1999 to 2001. In 2004, they also earned a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership from the same university. Steve Paterson further expanded their education by completing a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in Educational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University in 2017.
