Markus Ratzenböck has extensive work experience in various roles at KEBA Gruppe. From 2006 to 2017, they served as a Gruppenleiter. In this role, they were responsible for managing a group within the company. Their responsibilities included coordinating the team's activities and ensuring the successful completion of projects.
Starting in 2017, Ratzenböck took on the position of Quality Manager. Markus also played a role in planning and designing production processes and assembly lines while implementing KEBA standards.
Currently, Ratzenböck is working at KEBA Handover Automation as Werksleitung Handover Production, a position they started in February 2021.
Markus Ratzenböck attended Fachschule für Elektronik und Nachrichtentechnik in Steyr from 1993 to 1999. In 2006 and 2007, they completed Gruppenleitertraining KEBA intern. In 2007, they also participated in Business English Advanced, Konfliktmanagement, and Moderationstraining. The following year, in 2008, Markus attended Kurzlehrgang Betriebswirtschaft and completed Meine Rolle als Führungskraft and Sich und andere kennen und motivieren. In 2010 and 2012, they underwent Gruppenleitertraining KEBA intern again. Additionally, in 2012, Markus Ratzenböck completed REFA Ausbildung and Management & Leadership (KEBA intern).
