Swapnil Kumar

Swapnil Kumar has worked for various companies in the field of human resources. swapnil started their career in 2001 at Hindustan Construction Company as an HR Business Partner. swapnil then moved to Honda Siel Power Products Ltd in 2004, where they also worked as an HR Business Partner. In 2006, they joined Siemens as a Human Resources Business Partner and remained in that role until 2013. Since 2013, they have been working as the Head of HR & IR at KEC International Ltd.

Swapnil Kumar completed an MBA in HR from Balaji Institute of Modern Management from 1999 to 2001. In the same time frame, they also pursued a Master's degree in Labour Laws/Welfare from Symbiosis Law School, Pune.
