Maria Whisenhunt

Maria Whisenhunt has extensive experience in the media industry, currently serving as the Assistant News Director at NBC Montana since February 2007, where responsibilities include designing and editing custom and automated on-air graphics, as well as editing news video and long-form content. Prior to this role, Maria worked as an Internet Marketing Assistant at Bob Ward's Sports & Outdoors from November 2004 to January 2007, focusing on creating and managing keyword marketing campaigns. Maria's career began with a position as a Promotions Intern at Lane Arts Council in 2002, where press releases for YouthArts programs were drafted. Maria holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism with a focus on Advertising and Spanish from the University of Oregon, earned in 2003.
