Regina de la Cruz Samson

Regina de la Cruz Samson, MBA-HCM, RN, CPHIMS, currently serves as the Manager of Clinical Applications IS Inpatient at Keck Medicine of USC, starting in May 2024. With extensive experience in clinical informatics and healthcare management, Regina has held several leadership roles, including Manager of Clinical Applications at Methodist Hospital of Southern California and Clinical Informaticist at Good Samaritan Hospital. Proficient in coordinating IT personnel, implementing health technologies, and enterprise health record systems, Regina has demonstrated expertise in onboarding medical staff, development of clinical documentation, and regulatory compliance. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Health Care Administration from Western Governors University, an AS in Registered Nursing, and a BS in Healthcare Services.
