Claire McInally

Claire Mcinally has extensive experience in supporter relations and volunteer management, currently serving as Supporter Relations Manager at Keech Hospice Care since June 2014. In this role, Claire leads a high-performing team to enhance supporter care and ensure timely communication and acknowledgments. Previously, Claire held the position of Fundraising Volunteer Coordinator, overseeing volunteer recruitment and support. Prior experience includes working as a Store Trainer at Sainsbury's from February 1998 to May 2014, focusing on HR and training tasks. Educational qualifications include a BSc Hons in Psychology with Criminology from the University of Bedfordshire, a GNVQ in Health and Social Care from Barnfield College, and GCSEs from South Luton High School.
