Carrie Slease

Carrie Slease has extensive experience in fundraising, philanthropy, and strategic partnerships. Carrie currently holds the position of Director of Family Philanthropy and Operations at Keel Point. Prior to this, they worked as a Fundraising and Philanthropic Consultant at Carrie Slease Consulting, where they specialized in talent acquisition for revenue-generating positions and managed the full lifecycle of the hiring process. Carrie also served as the Senior Director of International Advancement at International Justice Mission, where they focused on business analysis, donor prospecting, and major gift fundraising. Additionally, they held the role of National Director of Strategic Partnerships at the same organization, leading and managing the U.S. Strategic Partnerships team and significantly increasing major gift revenue. Earlier in their career, Slease worked as a Regional Director at Opportunity International, raising significant funds for microfinance programs, and as the Executive Director of the Foundation for a Civil Society - Slovakia, overseeing organizational development and local fundraising efforts.

Carrie Slease has an A.B. degree in Political Science and French from Duke University. Additionally, they hold a Master's of Science degree in International Development Management from American University.
