Pierre Germain has held a variety of roles since 2014. Pierre began as a Communications Intern for Freyssinet in 2014, followed by a Wrangler for Cherokee Park Ranch in 2015. In 2018, they worked as a Ski Instructor for Jackson Hole Mountain Resort and a Commis for Fine Dining Restaurant Group. In 2019, they were a Chef De Partie for Rations Restaurant, a Private Chef, and a Bronze Star Sushi Chef (Student) for Tokyo Sushi Academy. In 2020, they worked as a Sushi Chef for M SUSHI. Currently, they are a Sales Enablement Manager and Business Development Representative for Keen Decision Systems.
Pierre Germain has a Culinary & Restaurant Management Certificate from EHL obtained in 2020. Pierre obtained a HACCP (Food Safety) certification from Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne in September 2020 and a Bronze Star Sushi Chef certification from Tokyo Sushi Academy - Japan's premier SUSHI School - in July 2019. Prior to that, they attended Colorado College from 2014 to 2018, studying Economics. Pierre also attended Gilman School from 2012 to 2014.
