Currently serving as Director of Engineering, Fit and QA at KEEN since February 2021, Earl previously held significant roles including Director of Product Development, Commercialization and Manufacturing Innovation at VFC Corporation - Timberland, and Manager of Quality, Fit, Comfort, and Western Hemisphere Sourcing at Wolverine World Wide.
