Mihaela Smadilo

Mihaela Smadilo has over 20 years of experience in the Human Resources and Technology industries. Mihaela began their career in 1996 as an ICT Department Team Leader at Croatia Line. In 1997, they were a Research Assistant at the University of Zagreb, Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing. In 1998, they joined IBM as an HR Leader and held various roles, including HR Partner Primus for IBM Software Group in Central and Eastern Europe, Country Consulting Practice Leader, and Managing Consultant and Project Manager. In 2016, they became HR Director at Atlantic Grupa, then Head of Talent and Culture at Oradian in 2017. In 2019, they were Director of HR Business Partnering and Business Partner Operations at Hrvatski Telekom, and in 2020, they became a Leadership Consultant and Coach at ACT. Most recently, they are Interim Head of Talent and Service Delivery at Keeper Solutions.

Mihaela Smadilo graduated from the University of Zagreb, Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing in Croatia with a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications and Informatics in 1996. Mihaela then went on to obtain a Master's Degree in Telecommunications and Informatics from the same university in 2006.
