Megan Burke Roudebush

Megan Roudebush is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of keepwith®, a certified woman-owned business dedicated to teaching networking through a variety of advisory services, including workshops and conference support. With extensive experience in compliance and risk management, Megan previously held positions such as Managing Director of Compliance at National Flood Services and Chief Compliance Officer at Crescent Grove Advisors. Prior roles include AVP at BMO Financial Group and Manager at Deloitte. Megan began their career in the legal field, serving as a paralegal and law clerk at prominent law firms before completing both a Doctor of Law (JD) and a JD/MBA from Albany Law School. Megan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Peace and Conflict Studies from Bryn Mawr College.
