Stefanie Moran

Stefanie Moran, CISSP, CISM, has a wide range of experience in information security and systems administration. Their most recent role was as the Director of Information Security at Keesler Federal Credit Union, where they were responsible for ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of electronic information. Stefanie collaborated with information technology management to respond to security incidents, establish security standards, and develop and implement the company's cybersecurity program. Prior to this role, they served as a Systems Administrator Team Lead and Systems Administrator at the same company, where they provided administration, maintenance, and support for enterprise infrastructure systems. Stefanie also managed projects and IT functions that impacted multiple departments. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Systems Support Analyst at Keesler Federal Credit Union, providing technical support and resolving complex technical issues related to client systems, enterprise applications, and network services. Before joining Keesler Federal Credit Union, Stefanie worked at Northrop Grumman Corporation as an Executive IT Support Technician, where they provided technological support to executive-level customers for various devices and maintained detailed records of all interactions.

Stefanie Moran, CISSP, CISM has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Information Technology Management from Western Governors University, which they obtained in 2022. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College, from 2004 to 2006. Additionally, Stefanie has multiple certifications including Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) from ISACA, obtained in 2023, and Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from (ISC)², obtained in December 2022. Stefanie also holds certifications such as CompTIA A (IT Technician), MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional, and MCSA: Windows 8, although specific obtained dates were not provided for these certifications.
