Tanya Boteva

Tanya Boteva currently serves as the Internal IT Manager and Scrum Master at KEGON AG since November 2019. Previously, Tanya held the position of Remote Service Partner Manager at TTEC from September 2017 to February 2018, focusing on enhancing partner account performance and operational improvements. During a five-year tenure at Adecco, Tanya progressed from a Remote Support Specialist Group to a Technical Support Analyst, managing user access requests and providing bilingual technical support. Tanya's career began at Wizz Air as a Flight Attendant from September 2007 to April 2010. Tanya holds a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Chemical Technology and Metallurgy in Sofia, Bulgaria.
