Aleksandra K. currently serves as the Vice President of Sales Retail and Professional Nordics at Kekkilä-BVB since February 2024. Previously, Aleksandra was the Country Manager at EGGER Group, where responsibilities included driving the growth of Egger flooring products in Finland and enhancing customer relationships through effective CRM strategies. At UPM - The Biofore Company, Aleksandra held positions as Sales Director for UPM ProFi, achieving significant sales growth, and as International Sales Manager for Northern Europe in UPM Biocomposites, where market expansion across multiple countries was a focus. Prior experience includes roles as International Category Manager and Category Manager at Kesko - K-Group, where Aleksandra developed category strategies across several operatives in Northern Europe. Aleksandra began their career managing a team of salespersons at KR-Production Oy and has also held positions as a Payroll Specialist and Translator. Educational qualifications include an EMBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology and a Master of Arts in Russian Language and Literature from the University of Tampere.
