Hilary Karls is an experienced engineering leader with a strong background in mobile and client engineering, currently serving as the Client Engineering Lead for the Health Organization at Cash App since December 2020. Previously, Hilary held roles as a Mobile Engineering Manager for Cash Lending at Cash App and as an Engineering Manager for the Eater Reviews team at Uber Eats, overseeing a team of engineers to enhance user experiences. Hilary's expertise extends to advisory roles with Keko Box and Pipeline Angels, as well as early-stage investments with January Ventures. With prior experience at TaskRabbit, Sociable Labs, and a foundational education from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Wellesley College, Hilary holds degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, and Economics.
