Sonali Roychowdhury

Sonali Roychowdhury serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer for AMEA at Kellanova since October 2023, having previously held the same position at Kellogg Company. With extensive experience in human resources across Asia, India, the Middle East, Africa, and Turkey, Sonali Roychowdhury has held senior HR roles at Procter & Gamble from 2004 to 2022, including Vice President HR for Supply Chain and Labour Relations, as well as HR leadership roles focusing on diverse supply chain operations. Educational qualifications include a Masters in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from XLRI Jamshedpur and an Advanced Coaching Intensive from The Teachers College, Columbia University.
