Tanya D'Souza

Tanya D'Souza is a seasoned professional in supply chain management and quality assurance, currently serving as the Supply Chain Director for Salty Snacking at Kellanova since October 2023. Previously, Tanya held various roles at Kellogg Company, culminating in the position of Global Quality Technical Partner Senior Manager. Prior experience includes roles at Jetro Restaurant Depot focusing on food safety and quality assurance, and research positions at Rutgers University covering food compliance and microbiological analyses. Tanya's education includes a Master's degree in Food Science from Rutgers University and an ongoing MBA from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, complemented by a B.Tech in Biotechnology from Vellore Institute of Technology. Through a diverse range of internships and professional experiences, Tanya has developed a strong foundation in food safety, quality systems, and regulatory affairs.
