Devin Flanigan

Devin Flanigan is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in management roles across various industries. Currently serving as a Construction Manager at Keller, Inc. since 2017, Devin oversees construction management services within a design-build general contracting framework. Prior experience includes directing construction and maintenance operations at Book World, Inc., where coordination of all new construction and renovations for over 45 stores occurred. As Site Foreman at D & D Landscaping and Excavation, supervision of residential building projects was a key responsibility, while earlier tenure as Project Manager at Lake Shore Cleaners involved overseeing a team of 10 to 20 staff in commercial and residential landscaping projects. Devin holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Philosophy from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, along with a degree in Construction Management Technology from Fox Valley Technical College and an Associate Degree with an emphasis in psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Fox Valley.
