Leighton Miller

Leighton Miller is a Staff Attorney at Keller Postman LLC. He focuses on product liability and other complex litigation.

At Keller Postman, Leighton is involved in discovery and motion practice in state and federal court in a nationwide product liability matter.

Before joining Keller Postman, Leighton handed all aspects of pretrial litigation at Cameli & Hoag, P.C., was Litigation Counsel at UpRight Law, and was in the Commercial Litigation Department as an Associate at Bryan Cave LLP. Leighton has first chaired three federal trials and second chaired two. Through his pro bono work, Leighton has also argued two criminal appeals in the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.

Leighton graduated cum laude from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where he won the intraschool moot court competition and served as Senior Editor of the Loyola Consumer Law Review. He received his undergraduate degree from Fort Hays State University.

Prior to law school, Leighton was an operations consultant in the manufacturing sector for a UK-based technology company, then an internal consultant at a City of Chicago sister agency.
