Mark Weinstein is an Associate at Keller Postman LLC. He represents plaintiffs throughout the United States in mass tort matters and product liability litigation.
At Keller Postman, Mark’s practice focuses on litigating product liability cases, including representing plaintiffs in infant-formula cases related to necrotizing enterocolitis (NEC).
Before joining Keller Postman, Mark was an associate at Weitz & Luxenberg, P.C., where he represented plaintiffs in product liability and asbestos cases.
Of his most notable matters prior to joining Keller Postman, Mark successfully represented plaintiffs in interlocutory appeals before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania in issues related to personal jurisdiction. Additionally, Mark was second chair in a product liability trial in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.
Honored for his litigation and mass tort experience, Mark was a recipient of The National Trial Lawyers: Top 40 Under 40 in New Jersey for Civil Litigation from 2017-2021.
Mark earned his law degree from the University of Wisconsin School of Law, graduating cum laude, where he was an editor of the Wisconsin International Law Journal and recipient of the Sonnet Schmidt Edmonds Award in Energy Law. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan, graduating with distinction.
