Patrick Etchingham

Patrick Etchingham is a Staff Attorney at Keller Postman LLC. His practice focuses on complex litigation and product liability.

At Keller Postman, Patrick works on nationwide product liability matters. He is involved in pleadings, discovery, and motion practice in state and federal courts.

Prior to joining Keller Postman, Patrick was an attorney at a longstanding commercial litigation firm, Rock Fusco & Connelly, in Chicago. While at Rock Fusco & Connelly, Patrick represented a variety of clients in state and federal courts, including federal trademark litigation, construction disputes, and contract disputes. He represented clients from pleadings to trial.

After law school, Patrick served as a judicial law clerk to Hon. Thomas Allen (Ret.) in the Chancery Division of the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois.

Patrick graduated from Chicago-Kent College of Law where he was the president of the local chapter of the Federal Bar Association and member of the Moot Court Honor Society. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois where he majored in English and minored in Spanish.

Before law school, Patrick was a high school English as a second language teacher along the U.S.-Mexico border in Donna, Texas through Teach For America.
