David Boarman

David Boarman is an experienced information security professional currently serving as the Information Security Practice Lead for Security Governance and Senior Information Security Consultant at Keller Schroeder since October 2022. Prior to this role, David held various positions at Owensboro Municipal Utilities from March 1999 to September 2022, including Interim Director of Customer Service & Shared Services, IT Manager, IT Systems Supervisor, Electronic Systems Crew Leader, and Electronic Systems Technician. Earlier experience includes working as an Instrumentation & Controls Technician at Dart Container and as an Automation Specialist at Texas Instruments. David Boarman holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern Indiana, a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Technology from Western Kentucky University, and two Associate degrees in Information Technology and Electrical Engineering Technology from Owensboro Community and Technical College and Owensboro Community College, respectively.
