Suzanne van Grinsven

Suzanne van Grinsven currently serves as Team Leader at Keller Williams Aruba since March 2024. Prior to this role, Suzanne was the General Manager at Brickell Bay Beach Club for a brief period from December 2023 to February 2024 and held a similar position at Aruba Happy Rentals from March 2020 to November 2022, overseeing various departments including rentals and property management. Earlier experience includes serving as Director at Bucuti & Tara Beach Resort, managing HR, IT, local marketing, and representing the resort at industry events. Suzanne also worked at Red Sail Sports as Marketing & Events Manager, where revenue growth in group department sales was achieved. Roles at Tierra del Sol Resort, Spa and Country Club as Sales & Marketing Coordinator and at Creyf's Uitzendbureau as Intercedent further contributed to extensive experience in operations and recruitment. Initial industry exposure began with an internship at Sandals Resorts International, focusing on guest satisfaction. Suzanne holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Hospitality Management from Stenden, earned from 2003 to 2007.
