Max-André Haas

Max-André Haas is a Partner and Avocat at Kellerhals Carrard, where involvement began in January 2018. Concurrently, Max-André co-founded Seed Up, focusing on startup financing, contractual revision, governance, and corporate housekeeping since June 2017. Prior experience includes serving as a Juriste at Carrard Consulting SA from September 2015 to January 2018 and as Academic Coordinator Assistant at the Master of Advanced Studies in International Taxation from June 2014 to April 2015. Additionally, Max-André held assistant roles at the Université de Lausanne in the business law and taxation department and founded M.A.H. SARL, specializing in website creation.
