Alan Luberda is managing partner of Kelley Drye's Washington, D.C. office and former chair of the firm’s International Trade practice. Alan focuses his practice on the areas of U.S. trade remedy law, customs, and export controls law and regulation. He counsels and represents businesses – from large multinationals to family-owned enterprises – as well as industry and trade associations, in international trade–related matters before Congress, the Department of Commerce, the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative, the U.S. International Trade Commission, the U.S. Department of State, the Department of Homeland Security (including the Bureau of Customs and Border Protection) and other agencies.
