Alexandra Foster

Alexandra Foster has extensive experience in human resources and people strategy, currently serving as Vice President of People Experience at Kelly since January 2020, following a role as Senior Director of People Strategy & Experience. Prior to this, Alexandra held the position of Director of Human Resources at Pet Supplies Plus from October 2014 to January 2020. Earlier career experiences include roles at Yum! Brands as Field Human Resources Leader, Target as Human Resources Business Partner and Executive Team Leader - Human Resources, and Whirlpool Corporation in various HR roles, including Benefits & Wellness Senior Specialist and HR Generalist. Alexandra holds an Executive MBA from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Michigan.
