Matt Lee has worked in the commercial finance sector for over a decade. Matt started their career as a commercial analyst at Home Retail Group PLC, where they provided support for the Toys, Jewellery and Freetime trading teams at Argos. In 2012, they moved to Marks and Spencer, where they spent nine years as a Senior Finance Manager. In their role as Commercial Finance FP&A Manager, they were responsible for leading a team of finance professionals and providing financial analysis and support to the company's commercial operations. In November 2021, they joined KellyDeli as an Exec Assistant.
Matt Lee has a BA in Economics from the University of Leeds and is a CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants) qualified management accountant.
