Adam Nelson

Adam Nelson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development and auditing. Currently serving as General Manager and Business Development Manager at Kelmann Restoration since February 2013, Adam focuses on identifying new business opportunities and building relationships through professional associations and trade events. Adam's prior experience at Union Pacific Railroad includes roles as Senior Auditor, Staff Corporate Auditor, and Associate Corporate Auditor, where responsibilities included leading audit teams, reviewing contractor compliance, and supervising junior auditors. Adam has also held leadership positions in the Institute of Internal Auditors - Ak-Sar-Ben Chapter and directed a mentor program at Marquette University, where Adam earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics.
