Michael Ghandour

Michael Ghandour is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor with extensive experience in the technology and consulting sectors. As the Founder and CEO of Kema since January 2022, Ghandour leads a B2B SaaS platform that automates invoice workflows and payments for SMEs in the MENA region. Previously, Ghandour served as a Founding Investor and Board Member for Estasheer, providing MENA companies access to top-tier management consultants. Ghandour also founded Rev Capital, an advisory firm focused on tech startups, and co-founded Mumzworld.com, known as the "Amazon for moms" in the Middle East. Additional roles include Director of New Ventures at GMS Capital Partners, Advisory Board Member for Floranow, and Independent Consultant for Mubadala GE Capital. Ghandour began a career in the engineering sector as Deputy Commercial Manager at CCC (Underwater Engineering) and holds an MBA from London Business School and a B.Eng. from McGill University.
