Rizky Bintang Utama

Rizky Bintang Utama has a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology - Software Engineering from STMIK IKMI Cirebon. They have experience as a Web Programmer at Dinas Komunikasi, Informatika, dan Statistik Kota Cirebon where they developed internal and public applications such as Cirebon Satu Data (CSD). Currently, in Kementerian Sekretariat Negara RI, they hold the position of a Functional IT Official, managing applications that support electronic-based government and implementing an ISO 27001:2013-based information security management system. They also provide technical guidance and IT training to employees and communities.
