Karl Hallik

Karl Hallik is an experienced professional in communication and project management, currently serving as a Project Manager at the Information Technology Center of the Ministry of the Environment since January 2023. Hallik has extensive experience in academia as a guest lecturer in Public Relations and Communication at Tallinn University, alongside roles as a Communication Senior Specialist and Communication Specialist. Prior to this, Hallik worked as an Internal Communication Senior Officer at the Ministry of Environment of Estonia and held various positions at MSMedia and the Estonian National Youth Council. Hallik holds a Master’s Degree in Organisational Communication and PR and a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Tallinn University.
