Matt Vanderpeet

Matt VanDerPeet has extensive experience in the hotel industry, with a focus on management roles. Matt is currently serving as the Senior Vice President Operations at Kemper Development Company since June 2019. Prior to that, they were the Complex General Manager at W Bellevue & The Westin Bellevue from April 2015 to June 2019. Matt also held the position of General Manager at The Sheraton Seattle from September 2008 to April 2015. Additionally, they worked as the General Manager at The Westin Bellevue from May 2005 to September 2008, and as the General Manager at The St. Regis Houston from March 2004 to May 2005. Earlier in their career, they served as the Hotel Manager at The Sheraton Seattle from January 2000 to March 2004, and as the Director of Operations at W Seattle from April 1999 to January 2000.

Matt VanDerPeet graduated from Purdue University in 1985 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Management.
