Louise Forster

Louise Forster has a diverse range of work experience in the field of marketing and communications in the art industry. Louise currently serves as the Director of Marketing & Communications at the Kemper Museum of Contemporary Art, a role they have been in since January 2024. Prior to that, they were a Manager of Marketing & Communications at the same museum since November 2020. Before joining the Kemper Museum, they worked as the Manager of Marketing & Communications at Powell Gardens, Inc. from February 2020 to November 2020. Additionally, they have experience at UCLA Arts, where they held multiple roles including Assistant Director of Communications from May 2017 to February 2020, Communications Coordinator from August 2015 to May 2017, and Development and Communications Associate from May 2013 to August 2015. Louise also gained experience as a Major Gifts Intern at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art from June 2011 to May 2013, and as a Curatorial Intern at the Ulrich Museum of Art in 2010.

Louise Forster holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History from Occidental College.
