Charity Wyant

Charity Wyant has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Charity is currently working as the Director of Facilities at Kemper since 2022. Prior to this role, they held the position of Senior Manager of Office Services at Kemper from 2019 to 2021. In this role, they provided leadership and coordination for administrative and facility support functions across multiple office locations. Charity also has experience working at GuideOne Insurance, where they held various managerial positions. Charity was the Manager of Corporate Services from 2013 to 2015, overseeing employee management and working closely with company leaders. In 2001, they transitioned to the role of Manager of Corporate Employee Services, where they handled diverse responsibilities such as budget management, policy development, and emergency response planning. Before that, Charity served as the Supervisor of Corporate Records, where they implemented a records tracking system and improved productivity.

Charity Wyant earned a Master's degree in Business Leadership from William Penn University College for Working Adults from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the same institution from 1998 to 2002. In addition, they obtained a certification in AED/CPR/First Aid from the American Heart Association | American Stroke Association in October 2015.
