Jay Ngin

Jay Ngin is a Senior Site Reliability Engineer at Kemper since October 2019. Previously, Jay held the position of Lead IT Architect at Fidelity and served as an IT Architect at DaVita from 2009 to 2012. Educationally, Jay Ngin obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology from the University of South Florida, attending from August 2019 to December 2023. Additionally, a Postgraduate Degree in Artificial Intelligence was completed at The University of Texas at Austin from May 2022 to November 2022, with further studies ongoing at Stanford University School of Engineering since November 2022.
