Rayven Shorter

Rayven Shorter has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry spanning over two decades. Starting in 1999, they served as an Insurance Office Manager at Concord Insurance Services until 2002. Rayven then joined Kemper, where they held various roles such as Senior Personal Auto Underwriter, Senior Commercial Underwriter, and Business Analyst III from 2002 to 2013. In 2013, they became an IT Business Systems Analyst - Lead at Kemper, a position they held until 2019. From 2019 to 2021, Rayven worked as an IT Project Manager at Kemper, and later, they transitioned to their current role as Market Director - National Product Execution. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in underwriting, customer support, project management, and business analysis.

Rayven Shorter obtained a Business Analysis Certification from Boston University in 2011. Prior to that, they attended Prairie View A&M University from 1996 to 1998, where they pursued studies in Business. Rayven completed their high school education at Duncanville High School from 1992 to 1996, with a focus on General Studies.
