Venkatesh Padmanabhan

Venkatesh Padmanabhan has extensive work experience in the field of information technology. Venkatesh has held leadership roles in various companies including Kemper, HealthBridge, Gartner, CNA Insurance, Coventry Health Care, and Allstate.

At HealthBridge, Venkatesh served as the Vice President of Information Technology. Venkatesh led a team of 30 software engineers, QA engineers, and Scrum Masters and improved the team's morale and attrition rates. Venkatesh also delivered significant functionality for HealthBridge members and customer service staff, implemented metrics and controls to enhance application quality and stability, and created a framework for the technical product roadmap.

Prior to HealthBridge, Venkatesh was the Senior Director of the CIO Research Group at Gartner, where they conducted research on emerging technologies. Venkatesh also served as the Assistant Vice President & Principal Enterprise Architect at CNA Insurance, where they implemented various initiatives such as enterprise information management, data visualization tools, cloud migration, and risk assessment frameworks.

Additionally, Venkatesh has worked at Coventry Health Care as a Senior Enterprise Architect and at Allstate as a Lead Architect/Manager/Lead Developer. At Allstate, they implemented master data management solutions, reference data platforms, automation reporting systems, and multidimensional analytical reporting systems.

Throughout their career, Venkatesh has demonstrated expertise in IT leadership, team management, technical roadmap planning, emerging technologies research, data management, cloud migration, and process automation.

Venkatesh Padmanabhan holds a Master's Degree in Technology Strategy & Management from Northwestern University, which they obtained from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they completed their High School Diploma in Computer Science at PSBB from 1983 to 1990. Venkatesh also possesses a certification as a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer from Microsoft, which they obtained in 1998.
