Waveney Belle

Waveney Belle has over 26 years of work experience in various leadership roles related to human resources, risk management, operations support, and business strategy. Currently, they serve as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources (Life and P&C Insurance) at Kemper since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked at USAA for 15 years, starting as the Director of Enterprise Business and progressing to become the Executive Director of Senior HR Business Partner. During their tenure at USAA, they also held roles as the Senior HR Business Partner (Lead), Director of Risk Management, and Director of Operations Support. Before joining USAA, they worked as the Senior Manager of Planning & Strategy at Sears Holdings Corporation from 2002 to 2007. Waveney's career began at Citicards in 1996, where they held various operations and project/program management positions until 2002.

Waveney Belle holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University.
