Hanne Peltola

Hanne Peltola has extensive experience in human resources, holding various leadership roles throughout their career. Hanne served as a VP of HR at Kempower, where they were responsible for HR functions. Prior to that, they were the VP HR, Flow Control Business Line at Valmet, where they focused on strategic people and leadership development. Before Valmet, they held the position of SVP, Human Resources at Neles, where they were responsible for HR processes and operations. Hanne also worked at Metso as a Vice President HR, Region HR EMEA and Flow Control Business Areas, overseeing HR operations in the EMEA region. Hanne has also served as the Group HR Director at Paroc Group and held HR leadership positions at Outotec, Larox, UPM-Kymmene, and Sonera Oyj. Hanne has a strong background in building and developing HR functions, implementing HR processes, and supporting strategic business decisions.

Hanne Peltola has a diverse education history. Hanne obtained their eMBA degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Finance, and Leadership from Aalto University Executive Education and Professional Development in 2014. Prior to that, they completed their MSc. degree in Social Sciences at the University of Jyväskylä from 1990 to 1998. In 1995 to 1996, Hanne Peltola earned a University Diploma in Social Psychology from the University of Kent. Additionally, they pursued a further educational program in Human Resources Management at the University of Helsinki. Hanne also attended Vuoksenniskan lukio.
