Cary Charles

Cary Charles has held various HR leadership roles throughout their career. Cary most recently served as the Human Resources Director for Kenall Lighting, where they oversaw all HR functions of a 350+ person corporate and manufacturing facility. Prior to this, they worked as the Human Resources Director for Serta Simmons Bedding, the world's leading mattress company. Cary also held the position of Corporate Human Resources Director at Knowles Corporation, a global manufacturer of microphones and other precision devices. Before that, they worked as the Vice President of Human Resources and Continuous Improvement at Pfingsten Partners, an operationally-oriented private equity firm. Cary also served as the Vice President of Human Resources for Scotsman Ice Systems and as the Senior Manager of Human Resources for IBA, a Belgium-owned entity. Earlier in their career, Cary held HR and organization development roles at Littelfuse, RR Donnelley, and Montgomery Ward.

Cary Charles has a Master's degree in Human Resources from Loyola University Chicago, which they obtained in 2005. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Communications at Marquette University in 1985. Cary also attended Germantown High School, where they pursued General Studies.
