Charles Blocker

Charles Blocker serves as the Vice President and Governor at the American Chamber of Commerce in Thailand, where responsibilities include acting as a liaison for the Aerospace Council and Tax Committee, co-leading the 'US Invest in Thailand 2024-2027' initiative, and chairing the Nominations Committee. In addition, Blocker is the Founder and CEO of IC Partners Limited, a capital management firm specializing in hospitality and real estate investments in ASEAN. With a strong history in development and finance, Blocker has held significant roles at Kenan Foundation Asia as Trustee and Executive Committee Member, InVision Hospitality as Chief Development Officer, Gannon International Limited as Senior Vice President and Director of Corporate Finance, and Asian Trade Alliance as Chairman and CFO. A former Director and Vice President at Wells Fargo, Blocker brings extensive experience across various sectors and holds an MBA in International Finance from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School along with a BA in Economics from Hampden-Sydney College.
