Hugo Afonso has held various roles in the food production industry. Hugo started their career as the Responsible for Production and Quality at Appetitus from September 2009 to September 2011. Hugo then joined ROM FOOD, Lda in November 2011, where they continued their role as the Responsible for Production and Quality. Currently, since April 2021, they are working at kencko as the Head of Production.
From 1998 to 2005, Hugo Afonso attended Universidade Católica Portuguesa, where they obtained a degree in Engineering with a focus on the field of Alimentar.
