Prior to this, Brad was the Director of Product Management at McLane Company, Inc. from 2022 to 2022. In 2021, they worked as the Director of Information Technology at Orvis. Brad's longest tenure was at Whole Foods Market, starting in 2004. During their time there, they held several senior positions, including Senior Director of Technology and Director of Web & eCommerce. In these roles, they led teams in implementing improvements to the eCommerce website, launching new delivery services, and overseeing a global site redesign. Brad also played a key role in supply chain systems and managed a large team. Throughout their career, Brad has consistently driven successful outcomes, including double-digit sales growth, cost reductions, and increased customer satisfaction.
Brad Power obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Economics from Saint Mary's College of California in 1994. In terms of additional certifications, they have completed the "AI for Business Leaders - Allie Miller" course at Maven and "Leading Safe" course at Scaled Agile, Inc.
