Erin McCarthy-Cline, MBA is a Senior Vice President of Merchandising, Planning & Allocation at Kendra Scott since March 2022. Prior to that, Erin held various leadership roles at Uncommon James and Abercrombie & Fitch Co. Erin is responsible for a wide range of functions including merchandising, buying, planning, allocation, sourcing, product development, wholesale, and visual merchandising. Erin holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Ohio University and a Masters of Business Administration from The University of Toledo.
